IRIDOLOGY AND SCLEROLOGY
The fiber structures that make up the iris are actually nerve fibers, and these nerves reflex to every part of the body. By assessing the fibers and colors, we can learn a great deal about our hereditary, weaknesses in organs and the areas of the body that lack balance and need nourishment. Iridology can be an important tool in the determination of factors that may be important in the prevention and treatment of disease to attain optimum health.
Iridology has scientifically analyzed patterns in the iris correlating to known conditions in the body and has documented the relationship between these signs and those conditions.
The iris is an extension of the brain with its thousands of nerve endings, microscopic blood vessels, as well as muscle and connective tissue. the nervous system in which the nerve fibers receive their impulses from the optic nerve, optic thalami and the spinal cord.
Iridology provides a key to learning about individual susceptibility; and can identify the contributing factors to client*s predicament. This analysis takes into consideration mental, emotional, hormonal, organic and chemical factors. The iris reveals body constitution, inherent strengths and weaknesses, health levels, and transitions that take place in a person's body according to their lifestyle.
Every organ and other part of the body are represented in a well defined area of the iris and these, together, provide a *complete map* of the body which indicates, to the practitioner, any areas of weakness or physical and emotional stress. Iridology reveals that there are no hard and fast rules which apply to everyone and that people will differ in their strengths and weakness and in which diet best suits them.*
Iridology recognizes that each iris of each individual person is unique and that each iris provides a visual mapping of the body*s genetic blueprint. By interpreting the various patterns, marks, signs and coloration in each iris, Iridology determines inherited strengths and weaknesses.
Iridology functions on the principle that the body is an interconnected system in which the nerve endings within the eye are linked to every other organ and system in the body. If we have disease or imbalance in the body, it will show up in the patterns displayed in the iris. People may inherit physical weakness through their genetics and these can be detected by a trained Iridologist. They are able to determine a person*s overall state of health and well-being and tell which conditions a person has the potential to develop, if they neglect their health.
